Terms and Condition : Bah Transporters Limited
1. Insurance: Your items are not insured. We can only refund their cost once we receive a refund or compensation from the airline, which can take up to 24 months.
2. Liability: Occasionally, airlines may misplace or damage customer bags or items. We cannot be held liable if your items are lost or damaged.
3. Refund Policy: Refunds can only be issued to the account that made the initial payment. We cannot process refunds to third parties.
4. Departure and Arrival Dates: While we make every effort to adhere to agreed departure and arrival dates, please understand that external factors can impact scheduling. We do not accept responsibility for any failure to adhere to agreed departure or arrival dates of goods.
